A product with two words under it cannot answer “will this fit”, “what is it made of”, “how long does it last”. A product with no type set does not appear in a filter or in Google Shopping. A store with no returns page loses the buyer at the last second. None of it shows on the page you look at every day, because you are not the one asking.
That is not a design problem and a new theme will not fix it. It is the information underneath, and it is ordinary, unglamorous work to put right: descriptions that answer the real questions, types and tags filled in properly, the pages that are missing.
